RETURNING NON PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Contact us at info@cubbyholetoys.com within 14 days after receiving your item to inform us you want to return the item. Items are returnable if - they are in it's original packaging and the item has not been played with. Refunds will be for the cost of the item excluding shipping and handling and if any restocking charges apply.
RETURNING PERSONALIZED ITEMS
Personalized items are custom made as per your specific information so they are NOT returnable. Please fill out all personalization information correctly. Returns on any personalized item will be made only if the mistake was the fault of The Cubbyhole.We will have the item picked up and returned to us at no cost to you and a new item shipped back to you.
Many of our items are given as gifts and we understand that sometimes they may be a duplicate. If this happens to be the case please contact us at info@cubbyholetoys.com we will discuss your options at that time.
RETURNING A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
If the item you received arrives damaged (please keep the box and packing material in case a claim with the carrier is needed), or does not operate correctly please contact us at info@cubbyholetoys.com with your order # and details of the problem. If we are unable to fix the problem or provide replacement parts we will pick the item up and a replacement will be sent,or a full refund given.
*Knots is the wood will not be considered damaged or a defect.
*Please remember that many of our items are hand made and hand painted so there may some slight inconsistencies, No two items will be alike.
HOLIDAY RETURNS
We at Cubbyhole understand that the uniqueness of the customization of our products causes you to purchase them well in advance of the holiday season.You may have to hold on to the item for weeks before it is given as a gift or have the opportunity to open them. If at all possible please check you order when you first receive it to make sure everything is as it should be. For this reason we offer an extended return policy during the holiday season. Any item purchased after November 1st can be returned until January 31st of the following year. All other return guidelines still apply.
